Yes, you will continue to have access to the report and we are available by phone or text. We will even stop by your home for any questions when we are in your neighborhood if you have any further questions.

The report is web-based or PDF. It is an easy-to-reference document detailing the condition of the home’s major components including items like HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Foundation, Attic, Windows and more.

Although it may seem convenient to have a Home Inspector who is also a contractor make repairs, it poses a conflict of interest. We will inspect your home without any vested interest in repairs.
