  • “In your Area” Service

    We provide a complimentary follow-up service called “In your Area”. We will stop by your home for FREE when we are in your area. If you have questions about a deck you’re considering installing, answering home maintenance questions, or just need some general education about your home, our services to you continue as long as you own your home. Regardless if your inspection was 5 days ago or 5 years ago, please feel free to call us at anytime and we’ll stop by  when we are “In your Area” at no additional cost!

  • FREE Recall Check Protection

    Once you have moved into your new home, send us an email within 30 days of closing stating that you would like your appliances checked for any recalls. We will put together an email and pay the fee to have your appliances checked for recalls in the national database, FREE of charge to you!  You will receive an email a few weeks later with a detailed report. The report will notify you if any of your appliances have recalls, provide a manufacturer’s service code and the numbers to local repair shops that will update/repair or replace your appliances for FREE!*

    *Appliances include AC condenser, furnace, water heater, built in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Appliances must be present at time of inspection.
