Owner and Inspector Rafael Obediente received his Home Inspector license through the State of Illinois after completing coursework at Inspection Certification Associates and InterNACHI, the world’s leading association for home inspectors. Rafael is a current member of InterNACHI which provides ongoing education for the home inspection community. To be in good standing at this organization, one must complete 24 credit hours of ongoing education courses yearly and follow a strict code of ethics. The State of Illinois also mandates that Home Inspectors complete 12 credit hours of continuing education to renew a license. Rafael also travels to home inspection conventions around the country to find out the latest trends in the industry. So you can rest assured, that modern safety and building practices are being followed with every inspection.
